Cryogenic Services
BOC Cryocare BOC Cryocare is a maintenance solution specially developed by BOC to help owners of small to medium-sized vessels (up to and including 500 litres) comply with the Pressure System Safety Regulations. As part of this service, your local BOC Cryospeed operator will plan and carry out a full audit of your pressurised vessel every year. This involves checking safety devices, gauges and labelling and ensuring there are no leaks. This will ensure the vessel is in a safe and good working order.
Every seven years, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) will be carried out in line with the written scheme of examination. This involves replacing the vessel relief valves and carrying out all the checks included in the annual inspection.
Once an audit has been completed and any remedial work carried out, BOC Cryospeed operators will ensure you receive all the necessary documentation for your records.
BOC OnStream BOC OnStream is a service specially developed to assist BOC customers’ compliance with Pressure System Safety Regulations. BOC Onstream has been tailored for customers who own large pressurised liquid vessels (500 litres or over), or who have pipeline distribution systems. As part of this service, BOC provides a Planned Preventative Maintenance scheme to help ensure your pressure systems are safe for use and running efficiently. If any remedial work is required, BOC engineers will be happy to manage this for you. In addition, we can also assist in reducing the time spent on administration by preparing and updating written schemes of examination or providing advice and technical support. This gives your personnel more time to focus on their core activities.
